Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is non-refundable because it reserves the phone and covers the time and cost of preparing your order for delivery.
If you go ahead with the purchase, your deposit will be deducted from the total amount you need to pay. For example, if the phone costs £300 and you have paid a £30 deposit, you will only need to pay the remaining £270 on delivery.
If you decide not to buy the phone after reserving it, the deposit will not be refunded.
Are the iPhones new or used?
All iPhones sold by Winnstech are used. Each phone is fully checked, but the condition may vary from device to device.
Can I inspect the phone before paying the full amount?
Yes. When Jack delivers the phone to your location, you can inspect it in person before completing the remaining payment.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is paid online to reserve your chosen iPhone. The remaining balance is paid after delivery and inspection.
Will the phone have scratches or marks?
Some used iPhones may have signs of wear and tear, such as scratches or marks. You can request more detailed photos before ordering and check the phone in person on delivery.
